University of Pennsylvania Sailing Team

Club Sports Madness Challenge

The Club Sports Madness Challenge is the prime time to support Penn Sailing. Thanks to our donors' generous support over the years, the Club Sports Council has elevated Penn Sailing to the IVY fundraising tier. As a result, this year we will be competing against organizations like Cheer and Penn Band to fundraise the most and have the most unique donors. The challenge runs from 9 AM on Thursday, March 19, through to 11:59 PM on Monday, March 23.

Quick Facts

  • All donations count toward the challenge, as long as they are a minimum of $25.

  • All donations go to support our annual fund, which covers day-to-day expenses

  • We compete for the largest amount donated: a category we have won before thanks to your generosity, and most unique donors: where the team with the most individual donations wins.

  • 100% of your gift goes straight to the team: none of it is diverted away from directly impacting the student-athletes.

  • For winning the 'Most Dollars Raised' category, we'll receive an additional $3,500 from the Sports Club Council, and for winning the 'Most Unique Donors' category, we'll receive an additional $1,000 from the Sports Club Council
